What our tenants and landlords say
I’ve used a fair few letting companies in my time and these guys were by far the best! Everything ran smooth and nothing was a problem. Only if all companies were like T1 lettings. Thank you for helping and making it easy and stress free. Recommended to all.

I had a great experience with T1 Lettings, thanks to Jenni’s dedication and professionalism. Before I moved into my flat, she ensured it was in a very good state, even arranging for it to be repainted, which made a huge difference. The property is still in great condition, with no issues like mould, which is a relief. While the heating could be better, the overall state of the flat is impressive, and I appreciate the effort put into maintaining it. I’m happy to have dealt with T1 Lettings through Jenni and would definitely recommend their service!

Hi, just a quick note to say thanks for all your help over the years, we’ve really enjoyed living in this lovely flat and are sorry to leave but babies take up too much space! We would love to come back to you in the future to rent again :)
